For orders over $70, free shipping is offered. For large quantities, a 7% discount is offered on orders over $200. For frequent large quantity orders, a platinum wholesale account is available offering 25% off the order total if the customer spends $650+ initially and commits to spending $500 each month with the first order being at least $250 and all following orders at least $100. Machines and machine bundles and other select items do not qualify for this discount and do not count towards the total.

Craftables Return Policy?
At ShopCraftables.com, customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return shipping costs will also be paid if the return is a result of an error from the store (for example, if an incorrect or defective item was received).
Customers should expect to receive their refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for the store to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once it's received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer's bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If a customer is not satisfied with an order, the purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges are not offered. Instead, customers can return the item for a refund and then make a new purchase.
